Can I buy and use GTX 750 Ti for my motherboard?

Intel i5 760 @2.80 Ghz
Intel DH55TC
4 GB RAM
Cooler Master GX 450 Watts PSU
I would like to know the best graphic card that i can buy without changing my MotherBoard and CPU......I can buy extra ram and new PSU if required

CPU doesnt affect anything when choosing a GPU. Same is with Motherboard as long as it has PCI-e slot you can get any card.
You can get TITAN X if you want (of course it would be bottlenecked by cpu and you would need a new PSU)

SO basically you can buy any Graphics card.

for 1080p monitor and over 60fps the cheapest option is R9 280x but you can go with GTX 970 and you are set for couple of years. but for the both cards you would need new PSU. i would recommend 550w XFX PSU. And you would also need another 4gb of ram

For max settings you need a new PC. On your setup a GTX 960 and another 4gb of ram would really help but it wont max out the game
