Can I Buy Another Card That Doesn't Support Sli and Still Get a Performance Boost?

Hello I am an amateur with building computers. I know A thing or two about them, but I guess I'm not a professional. So.. I have a Asus GTX 750 ti. I was wondering if I buy the same exact card and gain any performance boost. Will this work without SLI/Sli bridge? Because All I want is to gain performance and I do not want to waste my money on something that wouldn't benefit me. If you were wondering my Motherboard does not support SLI. Thank you for reading..

If toy don't have a card or Mobo that supports SLI, and a SU that is equipped with necessary power / cables, SLI isn't happening

Your only option **may** be to add a card to handle PhysX ... maybe just hold onto the 750 Ti and use it as a PhysX card when you upgrade.

I have a gt 720 lying around can that benefit me? If I install it to my mobo?

I also have an r7 250 if I put this in my rig will this give me "physx" and will I gain any performance boost?
