Question Can I buy nvidia 1660 ti card with my old specs

12 gb ddr3 ram

600W smps
27 inch lg monitor

If you play at 60hz, yes. The 2600k can still hold it's own.
Consider looking on the used market. Thanks to the Bitcoin crash, plenty of RX 580s/GTX 1060s for dirt cheap.

What if I upgrade the CPU, mobo, RAM etc later. but for now on continue gaming with 1660ti. Is it OK?

Hi, I just asked a similar question recently. Though I have a 3770K (it's pretty similar to yours) and replaced my GTX770 with an RTX2060 and all is working well. Though I am hardly a "high-end gamer".

That's absolute fine. Chances are you'll still find your performance with your 2600k and 12 gb RAM perfectly fine (possibly look to upgrading to 16gb for the cheap if you can, but 12gb is still fine).
