Can I change my graphics card?

My acer laptop came with an intel hd graphic card, but I was wondering if I could change it for a NVidia like a GTX 960 to improve my gaming and to play games like Fallout 4.

laptops have everything soldered down

unless you specifically bought a high end one that has this feature you cant

Most laptops have everything soldered. There are still some that use socketed CPUs and MXM gpus for upgrades.
