Hello.

Do you want to change the motherboard because of the graphics? If so, then it'll make no big difference because the "Intel" graphics is within the processor. You can enhance the graphics by adding more vram in the BIOS.

I doubt that you can. I'm pretty sure that the OS is tied to the motherboard, so you will have to get a new OS. If you want to upgrade to get a new GPU, then you'll run into power supply issues and heat dissipation issues. Also, the ports on the mobos are designed specifically to fit the case, so a new mobo might not even fit.
I would recommend just getting a new laptop.
