[SOLVED] Can I change the language on Windows 10?

Sorry if this seems like a terrible question but I have to make sure I can. For context, I live in Mexico and this is the Windows I was thinking of getting: https://www.claroshop.com/producto/13678470/windows-home-10-espanol/
I have no clue if I can change the language on it. Having it on Spanish wouldn't be the worst thing, but it would really suck since English is my first language. I need some advice here!

Yes, you can download and install an MUI for many languages after the fact. Though I imagine English would be one of the options you could select during setup.

What is Windows 10 Home single language?
This edition of Windows is a special version of the Home edition of Windows 10.
It has the same features as the regular Home version, but it uses only the default language, and it doesn’t have the ability to switch to a different language.
