[SOLVED] Can I connect an Ironwolf Pro 4TB drive to my PC ?

LaCie 2Big Dock Thunderbolt 3 stopped working, NO Power at all. Can I take the HDD's out and connect them to my Win 10 Home PC with an adaptor of some sort? I have read that such a device is out there but is it safe? The 2Big Dock is under warranty but I WANT my photos now!

The Big2 is typically in a raid array so No, this won't work on your PC. It can't read the raid format natively.

if you want to load Linux then you can probably access the raid that way using mdadm.

i would definitely make a image backup of both drives before proceeding with anything.
