[SOLVED] can i connect atx psu into intel nuc (mini pc) with egpu

So I want to power my Nuc with ATX psu and the reason is I built my own egpu and i would like to throw the nuc in there powered by the same psu for the egpu which makes it a full small size gamic pc in a way.

the nuc needs= 19v maximum 10a maximum 120w

However how can i get that 12v out of the psu??? do i use the 24pin or the 4 pin and which wire do i need to use??

I found a lot of videos on youtube to change the Whole atx psu into 12v dc output (BUT THEY COMPLETELY USE THE WHOLE CAPLES BY CUTTING ALL THE PINS AND MAKE IT INTO DC OUTPUT WHICH MEANS I CAN NOT USE IT ANYMORE TO CONNECT EGPU TO IT) LIKE THIS

This sounds like a good option for you. The Nucs still step down the 19v to what it needs internally, probably just 12 & 5v, but since it doesn't use a separate power board there is no easy way to inject those.
