I currently have a dual 1080p monitor setup connected to my Z170A motherboard with no dedicated Graphics card.
I want to connect my 4KTV @60hz to my setup, so will buying a GTX 1060 6GB be enough?
Yes. A 1060 will support all 3 or you could keep the igpu enabled and use it to power 1 or both of the 1080p displays.
So what you're saying is that I can connect both 1080p monitors to the internal intel GPU of the Z170A and i can buy the GTX 1060 and connect my 4K TV to it?
Will all the monitors and 4K TV play content at 60HZ?

yes. and i dont think your performance will decrease. probably a little but not too much. in card or iGPU. but ofc if you want to play 4k at 60fps you are going to need to turn down alot of settings if you want to achieve that framerate with that GPU.
