or ASRock Z97M-ITX/AC ??
can i do it with win 10 ??

With the GB, yes. GB MOBO

The Asrock can, also. Asrock mobo

The Asrock D/L page does not show a driver for W-10, but it may be included in W-10 installation. ASROCK D/L PAGE

The GB D/L page does show a Wi-Fi driver for W-10. GB D/L PAGE

So, it appears that the GB board would be the safer bet to run Wi-Fi on W-10.
