I do believe they need to be the exact same card.
Honestly a used gtx 1050 for like $70 would run circles around both those cards even if you could crossfire them.

here is the problem i cannot find used grafic cards on my current region. Actually this used 6670 will cost 30$ and a used 1050 cost about 150$ and i cannot buy a new graphic since they are really expensive and cost me a fortune, so here is what i got,

Perhaps try eBay, though shipping would be a significant cost.
If you could find something like an AMD 7850/GTX 660 or better, that will get you buy to play the newest games on low settings.

I understand what you are saying. Bying another single vga is way better, but I just asked can I cross fire 6570 and 6670 or not. because I do not have another option. I live in iran and because of usa sanitation I do not have access to any online shops like ebay. And because of that we do not have access to high end vgas or even mid range ones. so, buying 650 will cost me a 1080ti!

Refer to introduction to Crossfire/SLI thread, it looks like they can be crossfired.

The better card will be down clocked to match the 6570. Honestly not sure it's even worth it given not all games support crossfire.

If money wasn't an issue I'd tell you to go for it as it's probably a fun experiment

But really are certainly better off waiting however long it takes to save 30 more dollars, and see where that 60 dollars gets you by then, or maybe 90 dollars, a 660ti and even a 660 will dominate those cards
