Can i damage my ram by filling it up really fast?

Hello! i have 16gb of ram.. and when exporting some high poly model from blender, its get filled up really fast in like less than 5 sec.. and continues till it exports the model..
so my question, can i damage my ram by doing this? i mean can it gets hots really fast so it gets damaged or something?

Ram can get warm, and if you're overclocking/volting it, obviously it will get warmer.
Most decent RAM have cooling fins added, but as long as you keep good case airflow,
you should be pretty good.

ps: If your RAM does have fins, don't be afraid to touch them while you're running.
They are part of the ground circuit anyways, and they'll give you a good indication where you're at.

its the fact that it goes from 0 to full so fast.. it makes me think it can overheat or something..
