So I have a Rx 470 4GB and I found an HD 4550. My question is if i can use them together without connecting them? And if I can how can I do it?

No, you can't use them together.

Not possible, what you're thinking of, is using an AMD APU crossfired with a dedicated GPU, but I don't think that's possible with the new RX lineup.

What would be your purpose in doing so?
If your motherboard has a second pcie x16 slot, I suppose you could install and run the card, but it would not be able to assist your RX 470 in crossfire.
Even then, attaching a second monitor to a 4550 card instead of the 470 is not going to help gaming at all.
