"The maximum dimensions for a carry-on bag are 9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches (22 cm x 35 cm x 56 cm), including handles and wheels."

"The maximum dimensions for your personal item that fits under the seat in front of you, such as a shoulder bag, purse, laptop bag or other small item, are 9 inches x 10 inches x 17 inches (22 cm x 25 cm x 43 cm). "

With whatever box you'll put it in...is it smaller than that?
idk... lol this is an enthusiast grade level system. How would it fit in the upper compartment above your head on the airline? You might want to put some of the parts inside your backback, like the GPU, CPU cooler, ram stick and then just checkin the case/mobo at the front desk.

That case is on Pcpp, but it did not show you because your components would not fit inside it. Your Motherboard is ATX, while this takes on Micro and Mini ATX.

With that case you chose, this is the type of build you are looking at:

Smaller Motherboard. Otherwise same parts but different PSU. OH, and your GPU does not fit into the case you chose. It is longer than the case allows.

im not sure, the dimensions of the case fits within airlines specifications.. but i'm worried about the weight.. do you think i can pay to let me take it in or it will be refused immediately?

If it is too heavy for a carry on, it is too heavy. You can't pay extra for that.
The weight limit is due to the overhead compartment limits.

And are you sure it fits, when it is inside whatever box you'll put it in? Just the case by itself looks pretty close.

idk i'll see, in worst case scenario i'll just dismantle the thing .. even tho i would prefer not to do that
