[SOLVED] Can I Dual Boot Mac OS X El Capitan on a AMD CPU?

I am wanting to install/Dual-boot mac OS x (El Capitan) and Windows 10 on my PC, I know you need a kernel of some sort that's what is was told, how do I do it, I have a FX-6300 AMD CPU.

You can't run OSX on any AMD processor.
