[SOLVED] Can I edit 1080P on i5 4570 GTX 750 TI 8GB

I would like to edit some 1080P videos, my specs are

i5 4570
GTX750 TI
8GB ram
1tb HDD

Are these enough to edit, or do I need to upgrade some parts, or get an new pc?

Which editing software is recommended to edit 1080P AVCHD files ?

I was considering Hitfilm express, which can edit AVCHD with an add on that costs £8.84.

yes hitfilm express is a good choice and your system is good enough to edit in it so dont worry too much
