Can I emulate wii games?

So, I'm planning on getting a new pc, and I was wondering if I could emulate wii games (because my wii no longer works) on it with the gamecube/wii emulator dolphin. I played Gamecube games smoothly on less powerful devices so i'm not worried about that. The specs are:

CPU: Athlon X4 860K
GPU: Radeon R7 370
RAM: 16gb

I know the wii is twice as powerful as the gamecube, and that some games need more power, but I just want to play the mario galaxy games since i miss these the most.

yes. if you have the copy, it's legit. but you can check out http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/wii/

you do understand that you will have to have the copy of the game to make it work.

i think dolphin emulator is pretty decent for the task

If you do not yet have that pc then I recommend a completely diffrent build as this is using old an weak components.

Well, the thing is, I found this pc for only $400, and i don't really have a big budget. building a pc from scratch isn't really an option for me. Nor is buying a new high-end gaming pc as that would cost me 3-4 times as much.
