Hi All,

So I changed every part in my PC except my old GPU which is the rtx 3060 - I can only use the integrated CPU Graphics since the GPU doesnt work anymore.

What happends is:

-Only using HDMI Cable for the dedicated rtx - White LED on mainboard stay on - Screen remains black
(as soon as I use put the HDMI in for the onboard graphics the screen immediatly turns on)
-Device Manager shows an exlamation mark with a 43 Error
-fans are spinning, LED on GPU are on

What I tried was:

-deinstall all related nvidia drivers for the rtx3060
-reseated the GPU, pulled out the rise cable on both ends as well as the PSU cords and pulled them back in
-tried differendt HDMI inputs (only have two, both didnt work)
-its a fresh system on a new SSD, only had problems with my GPU every else went smooth
-I updated bios to the newest version dxdiag says its on: 3278

My system:

Mainboard Asus ROG b650e-i
CPU
AMD Ryzen 9 7900X
AIO Arctic Liquid Freezer 3
RAM Kingston FURY 32GB DDR5 5200MHz
PSU Corsair SF Series Platinum SF750

Currently im trying to figure out how/where to test the old gpu on a different system ...,
Wondering if anyone has any other ideas, cant spend another 500 bucks for a new GPU atm 🙁 even though it looks like its broken for whatever reason

alright after 7 days of torture it seems I finally fixed the problem... posting this if anyone else runs into this kind of problem:

First I switched the PSu cables for the GPU, reseated the GPU again and bought a new Displayport cable - no success
Then I went into BIOS and switched the PCIE Lane from Auto to Gen4 - it started to work for a couple of minutes, then windows crashed

Solution:

I entered Bios again and switch the PCIE lane from Gen4 to Gen3!
As of now, no crashes at all, CPU-Z and GPU-Z and also taskmanager show actual clock speed again and so on!
