Can I find a monitor fitting my ideal specifications for under 200 GBP?

Looking for a nice 1080p 120hz 27" monitor preferably sold from a UK retailer as I am in the UK so I can't really expect any good suggestions from our friends over the pond that also frequent this site.

So yeah, looking for a monitor that's got at least 120hz Refresh Rate, 5ms response time or less, is 27 inches, full HD 1080p, has at least one HDMI port, it needs to be a known brand or at least one people have had a fair amount of personal experience with, natively shipped from a UK retailer (even if they order from another country it doesn't matter that much, just that I don't have to order from a Euro site or anything like eBay.

Oh yeah and my budget max is about £250 (GBP) because if I make my budget higher then I may as well end up getting a higher spec monitor which would kind of defeat the entire point of looking to buy a slightly lower spec monitor as I think anything higher would be a waste. I've searched google and UK retailers like Overclockers, Curry'... Not found much, perhaps I'm relying on this community a LITTLE TOO MUCH but but a 100 possible choices are better than one guy searching google when he has never purchased a monitor with specs like these before so he has no clue where to look.

All help is much appreciated, thanks in advance!

Edit: One more thing, I would prefer if I didn't need to do anything fiddly with the contrast or resolution. Most of the monitors I've found that showed promise, checking the reviews I found people had annoying, albeit minor, issues. I know I am asking a lot already but again, any help in the search would be appreciated. I'm going to keep searching and if I find one that no one has found I will simply pick a solution and close the question.

Don't know about the 120hz thing, but Sceptre makes great monitors. I've had one for over 4 years and it still works fine. Here's a good one for $170 (with promo code):
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sceptre-monitor-e275w1920?ref=ppxe

It's got 5ms response, 27" screen, 1080p, but only 60hz refresh rate. That one's good only if you're willing to sacrifice 60hz for the price.

This one is more expensive, but it's got what you're looking for: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-mx279h
Hope this helps.
