I'm looking to build my first computer this christmas and if i could get something better for around the same price.

I'm going to be doing mostly 1080p gaming and i plan to overclock the cpu and gpu and i want to know what are the recommended settings for overclocking with my parts.

It is 3 months to christmas and Intel will be releasing Coffee Lake soon. In case you don´t need a PC right now I suggest you wait and see what happens with the prices when CL comes out.

But as of now I believe that the i5 7600k or Ryzen 5 1600 or 1600x is the best in your price tag. When it comes to overclocking every chip is different and the easiest way is to check some guides online and the Noctua cooler will probably handle OC just fine :)
