Can i fit 12inch graphics card in gigabyte luxo 140 cabinet

I am using sapphire r9 290x trix oc, which is 309mm in length, so i need a new cabinet, is gigabyte luxo 140 big enough for my graphics card to fit?

On some sites is declared that max length of graphic card is 307cm.

ok, so like will it fit into this cabinet? I saw the dimension of the cabinet, but not sure whether we can pull out the side panel to fit a large graphics card.

No, HDD rack can't be removed. You can buy Corsair Carbide 100R - budget case with removable middle part of hdd rack. I think it is better solution than X140.
You can also look at the NXZT S340, but it cost more. You need good ventilation for 290X.

its too costly, i mean i am totally broke after buying r9 290x, anything else, any other brand within 2000rs. I checked out the corsair 100r, in india it costs 4000rs min.
