Can i fit a tx3 evo in an inwin BUC101

I am asking cuz pcpartpicker doesnt know iand i cant find anything on it.
The rest of my specs are:
AMD A8-5600K 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor
Asus A78M-E Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
Kingston HyperX Fury Blue 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
And an old power supply (500W)

I live in australia and have to get my parts from jw as my dad wont let me get it from anywhere else.
The tx3 evo is around $40 here, same price as a cm 103

As long as you don't have an upper side fan in the way, I don't see any problem. I'm using the TX-3 right now in one of my cases that is only 190 mm wide with 25mm to spare. The BUC 101 is 200 mm wide.
