Also please look at the back of the case can that bracket of the card which contains HDMI DVI and VGA port fit in there..??

r7 250 isn't such a big GPU. It will fit.

Yes but also much slower than say a 750 GTX for about $25 more. Both will fit easily.

Yes you can fit the card easily inside that case the card is really small in size about 6 1/2 inches in length.

I am just wondering whether the bracket of the card where the parts are located will fit properly in place of the removable plates located at the back of my cabinet.

Yes most of the cards use dual brackets now so you have to remove 2 back plates for that.
