Can I fit these GPU's into my case/motherboard

I have currently got an AMD radeon HD 7950 GPU on my ASUS p8z77-m motherboard, and was wondering if it would be able to handle an AMD radeon r9 280 in a NZXT Phantom 410 case. The power supply is a Corsair 650W enthusiast series PSU.

The case can handle cards up to 305mm if no side fan is installed.

Make sure the card is smaller than that.

VGA Card 305mm (w/o fan), 280mm (installed), 230mm (full pivot)
