[SOLVED] Can I fix a broken ultrawide display?

Hey, I saw was scrolling through eBay and found a good offer for a Samsung 49 CRG9 ( a 49 inch super ultrawide ) but it had a crack a in the middle and I was wondering if I was to buy it would I be able to fix it or where could I buy a replacement panel for it.

The panel is basically everything in a display's cost. You'll probably spend more buying the monitor and a new panel. Assuming you can even find one. Than just getting a working monitor of the same model.

No.

Any "fix" would cost as much as a new one.

Broken items like this are sold and bought for 'parts'...not to actually fix.

For instance:
A monitor with a broken screen.
A monitor with a broken motherboard.
Both bought for dirt cheap.

Merge the two, and sell a working one.

If you don't already know what to do with it...pass on by.
