[SOLVED] can i fix my keyboard?

I just bought the Philips G400 SPK8401B mechanical keyboard from california on ebay. But the problem is when i plugged it into my windows 10 rog asus g572vl gaming notebook it doesnt show up in device manager manager as a keyboard but as an unknown usb device. (code 43)

So i tried to update the driver from device manager. and get the best drivers for this device is already installed. I tried uninstalling the device and restarting the laptop. I tried some registry tweak i seen on youtube that deleted my actual laptop keyboard making me do a system restore. I went to power option and disabled selective usb suspend. I have done everything i possibly can. Now im asking for help. Does anyone know where i can get drivers for the SPK8401B Philips Wired Mechanical Keyboard?

Doubt it has drivers of it's own. Should work with drivers from microsoft.

Does it work on another pc?

no not at all. we tried several different computers and nothing.

I think someone just scammed you, this keyboard is faulty.

Yes,if it doesn't work on multiple pc's does it seem to be broken.
