Can i get 4,5 ghz on my fx 8350 with 990fx sabertooth and hyper evo 212?

If it's a decent CPU , 4.5 would be about your max with the EVO.

Sure man, I have them right now and I wasn't stable with the stock settings until one month or so when I decide to overclock and now I'm running @ 4.45 with 1.31V @ 22-30c. But don't go too far because the evo maybe isn't going to handle it.
