can i insert 1GB ddr ram in intel mother board having P4 Processor

Yes.
Note: The Amount of physical Memory will more than likely be determined by the Chipset on the motherboard or your OS, That being 4GB or 3GB. I can assume those numbers as I do not know what the Pentium 4 SKU you have and Chipset your using.
