Can i install a ddr3 SDRAM SSD on a motherboard that supports

Solution
The memory will work with the motherboard.

The CPU chosen will NOT work in that motherboard. Those two components are NOT compatible.
The CPU and the motherboard are not compatible with each other. You can't install an AMD CPU onto an Intel-based motherboard.

The SSD, memory, and motherboard should work together. The SSD is SATAIII not DDR3. Yes, the motherboard supports that SATA mode.

You seem very confused about what ddr is.
In the order you specified them:

The SSD there is SATA 3 - it should work with pretty much any modern motherboard that has SATA connectors. Yes, that should work.
Motherboard looks fine
DDR4 ram will work on that board.
"ddr3 sdram" - is a CPU - No, that CPU won't work on that board. They need to be the same sockets.

why the memory won't work on that motherboard? It says it supports ddr4 memory
