That is the reason.
That eMMC drive is simply too small. ANd not changeable. It is soldered directly to the motherboard.
And your laptop has no space or connectivity for another drive.
All you can do is connect some external drive to the USB port.
The first item you list is a Crucial m.2 SSD, not "RAM".
Not going to work.
The second item is actual RAM, but I wouldn't count on it.
The included 4GB RAM does not seem to be removable, nor does it seem to have a second slot for more RAM.
No, that is a very limited laptop.
It uses a 32gb eMMC drive and no other options are available.
No ram upgrades are available.
It does have a microsd card reader which can increase your storage. Check compatibility, but a 64gb microsd card will likely work.
You could buy an external usb enclosure for your 1tb laptop drive and connect it that way.
