Hi. I have a Dell Inspiron 3420 with Celeron, Intel HD Graphics and 2GB RAM. I found the same model which have Core i5 and NVIDIA GPU. Now, the question is the title. Oh, and I also wanted to upgrade the processor. Is it possible?

No and no.

Unless it already has space socket, circuitry, and code for an MXM GPU, then you can't just add one.
The other models, it is built directly on the motherboard.

Same with the CPU. That Celeron is almost certainly soldered directly to the motherboard, and cannot be changed.
(and no, you can't just whip out a soldering iron and remove a BGA mounted CPU)
EDIT: Does not apply if it is actually socketed. But the BIOS and chipset would still need to be able to manage a different CPU. Which is not guaranteed.
