If you use an Intel CPU, then you can install Mac.
That said, there could be numerous obstacles in your path, and a clean "vanilla" install may be out of your reach. You could need numerous kexts (drivers) to get full functionality out of your system. Your graphics card also heavily determines compatibility, as well as what version of Mac OS X you want to run. I still prefer Snow Leopard for the ease of installation and ease of updates, but it's just not compatible with everything.
That motherboard in question may be better for OS 10.7 or 10.8 but it sounds like you have a lot of reading ahead of you before you pull that install off.
Check for distros that have been prebuilt by teams, such as iATKOS. I will not go into much more information on the subject, as Google provides an exhaustive lookup for such info
