Sorry, but your pc has a 240w psu (according to hp), and the gpu recommends a 300w psu, the psu (power supply) is what powers the pc.
300w to 400w psu's are not to expensive, but you will have to re-build the pc your-self. Good Luck!

AMD A6 5400B 3.6 GHz processor and 10 gb of ram.

5400B is a low wattage APU, you will be fine. enjoy the games.

75W for the card and 65W for the CPU with the iGPU ( adding a dedicated card will cut the consumption of the APU lowering the CPU wattage even more)

With the CPU and GPU at full you still have 100W for the rest of the system.
