Usb 3.0 is backwards compatabile with usb 2.0. If you have a 3.0 thumb drive then install the iso onto the usb using the windows usb/DVD utility tool, easily found when Google and will ensure a proper operating system install
Hello... USB3 communication needs a Windows OS driver... USB 1/2 is a hardware communications... You may have problems with a USB3 stick or the MB USB3 Port... Just be aware... And if you have problems, then try a USB2 method.
