Can I make this PC an Hakintosh??

I have on old optiplex 780 with a q9400 , 8gb ddr3 ram running at 512Mhz and an EVGA 750ti 2b. Can i dual boot this pc with windows 10 and mac osx???

ANd i only have a 250 gb hard drive but ill add an external one later.
