Recently i bought 16gb of Gskill Trident Z RGB 16GB 3000Mhz CL16.
Thing is that in slots A1-B1 i cant use the XMP profile. It only works on slots A2-B2.
But i prefer slots A1-B1 because only in these slots the RGB software works.Else
its just stuck with a freaking rainbow that annoys me.
Currently since in A1-B1 slots the XMP doesnt work, i set the frequency in 2700
and it works just fine..I didnt change anything in the other RAM settings since i dont have
a single idea how these things work.
Do you have any idea if I can push the freq a bit higher? In 2800Mhz the PC doesnt boot.
Can i "safely" play with any settings besides voltage to push it a bit more? Maybe untill 2900?
Any help appreciated!
