can i mix this 2 ddr4 ram?

I have been thinking about mixing a 4GB DDR4 RAM & 8GB DDR4

Corsair 4GB DDR4 CMK4GX4M1A2400C16R
Corsair 8GB DDR4 CMK8GX4M1A2400C16R

CAN I MIX THE ABOVE RAM? WILL I FACE ANY ISSUES IN FUTURE?

You won't have dual channel working when using two different capacity RAMs, so performance will not be optimal.

Depends on CPU (because of memory controller in it) and MB but at best you can hope for is 2*4GB in dual and 4 GB in single channel mode.
