Can I modify the BIOS on my GTX 260 to increase voltage?

Yes, I read the bios guide at the top, but it seemed out of date. MSI afterburner and evga's voltage tweaking doesn't work for overvolting my card, so if I moded the bios, could I increase voltages?

RivaTuner didn't work for me when I used it to normally overclock my cards, and I didn't quite understand that page.

Im assuming its not an evga card, so have you tried the unlocking hack for the voltage tweaking tool?

One of the two is an evga card, but according to my research evga's tool and msi's tool don't work because the card uses 55nm technology or something like that. What's the hack?
