Can I mount my PSU this way?

Hi I was wondering using the PSU (link below), can I mount it at the bottom of my case and have it intake air from the case and push it out? I want it to take in the air from the inside, so please don't tell me to have it the other way around (unless you have a big reason to back it up.).

I would get something cheaper like a cryorig h7 or a 212 evo as this thing is not very hot and can't be overclocked.

And you CAN still save money on the MOBO but it doesn't really matter.
