Can I overclock both CPU and GPU - How much?

So, Id like to overclock and I'm not sure if I have the right specs for the job. Just got the PC and I really want to maximize performance without frying it:/. Can I OC both and if so, how much would you guys recommend? I'm aware of the lottery but I'd still love an opinion

Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z270-K, DDR4, SATA3, USB-C, HDMI, M.2, LGA1151 ATX

CPU: INTEL Core i5-7600K 3,8/4,2GHz 6MB LGA1151

GPU: GTX1060, 6GB GDDR5, PCI-E 3.0 DUAL-GTX1060-O6G

Specs are right for OC, how much is another question, only you can answer that. OH, btw. you'd need a good CPU cooler first.
