can i overclock gigabyte b250m d3h motherboard

You don't overclock motherboard. Only CPU and RAM can be overclocked. And you can't do that on any B250 motherboard.

oh,thanks a lot.sorry i'm newbies for this.im try to custom build my own pc for the first time.is it would be a good idea if i using gigabyte b250m d3h for gaming or i should change to other board?

That's good board. In fact I have it on my machine. But board is less important for gaming, CPU and graphic cards are most important.
