Can I overclock my gpu and cpu with a 450w power supply?

Hi i'm asking if I could overclock my fx 6300 and 7870hd gpu with a 450w power supply. My specs: FX 6300, RADEON HD7870, Asrock 970M Pro3, Corsair VS450, 8GB DRR3 1600MHZ

your psu is having his hands full with that cpu gpu. dont do it..
