Question Gigabyte support not answering

Hello, I want to file a warranty claim for my gigabyte motherboard but I've submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago and still no reply. Is there any gigabyte support representatives on here? It would be really appreciated if I can get my motherboard repaired. Thankss

When did you buy the board. Was it brand new or second hand? From a shop or a private seller?

Where I live, it's the duty of the shop to deal with replacements if you're still inside the time period allowed. If several months have elapsed since purchasing, the shop can return the mobo to the manufacturer for investigation, but I wouldn't expect to contact Gigabyte myself in the first year.


Fair post but do be very wary about any posts or PM's claiming to be from "Gigabyte".
Does that mean the nice man from Microsoft who phoned to say I have a virus on my computer is not what he claims? Oh dear.

Not sure where you're from, but in most of the US, after 30-90 days depending on the laws in the individual state, you go to the manufacturer for warranty problems. Retailers are likely to just laugh at you after 30 days in most places.
