Question Gigabyte support not answering

Hello, I want to file a warranty claim for my gigabyte motherboard but I've submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago and still no reply. Is there any gigabyte support representatives on here? It would be really appreciated if I can get my motherboard repaired. Thankss

Why would there be any Gigabyte support representatives on this site? Tom's hardware is in no way attached to Gigabyte. Better would be to go to the Gigabyte support forums and try to get the attention of one of the reps on there. Or, call them.

Fair post but do be very wary about any posts or PM's claiming to be from "Gigabyte".

That said what problem(s) are you having with your Gigabyte motherboard?

Update your post with full system hardware specs and OS information.
