Can I overclock my intel Q9550..

Hi everyone i have Intel Q9550 and the motherboard i am using is Lenovo Thinkcenter M58 so can I overclock this cpu because some one told me you cant overclock on this MoBo....

But the chip will overclock like just about any of them on a different board tho... Sorry it wasn't what you wanted to hear but that's how a lot of the pre-built systems are there limited...
