Can i overclock my r9 270x with a 500w psu !?

I have a GIGABYTE R9 270X and i want to overclock it safely ..... my psu is a cooler master ( Rs-500-pcar-I3 ) it came with the K380 cooler master case

I5 4440 i got 3 case fans

Your PSU is ok, CPU is low power so having enough wattage isn't an issue. My suggestion...download MSI Afterburner and slowly start overclocking.
