Can i overclock nvidia gtx 1060

Im new to pc gaming. I would like to know if i can overclock the nvidia gtx 1060 and would it be safe? I have a CyberPowerPC - Gamer Ultra Desktop - AMD FX-Series - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX1060 - 1TB Hard Drive + 120GB Solid State Drive

Before thinking in overclocking, what is your PSU? Which process is your FX? 8350? 6300? Your PSU must have some Watts remaining for you to do the overclock, if it's already at it's full capacity, you might break something.

MSI Afterburner is a very common tool to overclock and has a user-friendly interface, and has tons of tutorials on the net it'll be just fine.
