Can I overclock the Pentium g3258 with the stock cooler?

Solution
From builds I've seen on pcpartpicker.com, it is possible to get to 4.5ghz stock, but would require a lot of luck in the chip lottery department. Most of the builds I've seen hitting those speeds are either using high end air cooling or an AOI water cooling unit; and still running hot.

You can probably get a decent oc just with the stock cooler, around 4.2GHz. Site reviews often
used a Noctua for testing (NH-U12S), but anything better than a stock cooler would be more
than enough. An old TRUE would do fine.
