With an i3? Possibly, though don't expect highest settings. The 4GB of ram will make it run slow, if you can load anything at all. It'll be relying on virtual memory a lot, as windows will already be using most of it. The real question is what GPU do you have? If it's on par with the rest of your specs, I don't think the game will be very enjoyable.
