Question Which of these two 5070 Ti card brands should i choose ?

Hello everybody,

I'm building a Ryzen 7 9800X3D gaming rig now but I'm so undecided between these two:

1. Galax RTX 5070 Ti EX Gamer Edition 1-Click OC
2. Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti AERO OC Edition

In my country the retail price for the Galax one is $1250, and $1479 for the Gigabyte one.

Do you think that the extra $230 is worth spending on the more popular and reliable Gigabyte brand or will I be just as happy with the Galax one?

I've never used any Galax products before.

no , the extra 230$ is absolutely not worth it .
from all the tests i have seen thus far the galaxy cards are performing decent (around middle of the pack) .
about on par with asus TUF or palit gamerock models .
the absolute worst model of 5070Ti i have seen so far is MSI ventus with fan spinning at 2 400 rpm
with temperatures hitting 70°C while galaxy card maintains below 70°C temperatures with 1 500 RPM
the most quiet cards are msi gaming trio and asus tuf (with quiet bios preset)

the nuance between different AIB partners are quite insignificant. you're paying an extra 200 for absolutely nothing so save that money and buy something else
